What is NEON FLEX?

Our LED neon flex is an energy efficient, long lasting and safer option to tradition gas neon. Being flexible in nature, the cable can be shaped and manipulated to create unique designs. The LED neon flex is coated in high quality PVC and Silicon, so it is safe to use in both indoor and outdoor* applications.

 

Does it get hot like gas neon signs?

No, our LED Neon Flex is low voltage, so it generates next to no heat and is safe to touch.

 

HOW LONG WILL YOUR SIGN LAST?

Our LED Neon Flex has an approximate lifespan 50,000 hours (Approximately 5 1/2 years 24/7 Indoor Only).

 

Can I get a custom sign made?

We’re always happy to have a look over your designs and let you know. Feel free to send us an email with what you’re after and we’ll send you a ball park figure if we can do it!

 

Can I hang it?

Let us know how you plan to hang in so we can pre drill the sign to suit your purpose. Please note, even thought our signs are reasonably light weight, we do not take any responsibility for damage caused by incorrectly hung signs.

 

DO YOU OFFER INSTALLATION?

We do not offer installation on our products.

 

Is it brighter than gas neon signs?

Yep! Neon flex sign are brighter than traditional glass neon.

 

Does it come with a warranty?

All of our indoor signs come with a 12months manufacturer warranty. Outdoor signs are excluded.

 

Can it be battery powered?

Yes if it is 12 Volts. Our signs are made to be plugged into plug points. Included which each sign is a 2m clear cable exiting the back of the sign that connects to a 1.5m black 12V power adapter, which in turn plugs into the wall. These adaptors are Australian standard certified by our supplier and end with a GPO plug.
